1) The E-mail service is provided by Zap Zone Network, not Oldies Music. We have no way of giving you a forgotten password, changing a password or deleting an account. If you are receiving unwanted mail, you must talk to them because we have no control over your account.
2) Your E-mail address is name@oldiesmusic.zzn.com. That "zzn" is important! Without it, you will not receive your mail.
3) Do not send questions (especially music questions) to webmaster@oldiesmusic.zzn.com. That mailbox is not active, despite what ZZN says.
4) For questions on how to use or customize your E-mail account, read the ZZN FAQ here.
5) To remove yourself from the E-mail service, leave your account inactive. It will disappear on its own if you don't use it.
